Did You Receive a Note Card from Us?
If you received a note card from us, that means a "Notice of Default" (NOD) has been filed on your property and your lender has begun the foreclosure process.
Once the NOD has been filed, you have approximately 120 days until the "sale date."
We have helped many homeowners in similar situations avoid foreclosure through a "short sale" - the sale of a home in which the seller's mortgage lender agrees to accept a payoff of less than the balance due on the loan(s).

You may browse our website to learn more about the process of a short sale and what our Team does. It's important to understand all your options so you can make the best decision for you, your family, and your future.
One of the benefits of a short sale to the homeowner is that the lender pays the sales costs, including real estate commissions, escrow, title, and other closing expenses. When the property closes escrow, you are relieved of your debt, avoid foreclosure, and protect your credit report from the black mark of foreclosure.
If you feel the short sale is your best option, it is our job to prepare you for the process. We will keep you informed throughout, so you know what progress is being made.
Sometimes we have to ask tough questions. In order to help you select the solution that is best for you, we will need information. We will not, however, lose sight of who we are serving.
At all times, your interests come first – you have our word on it.
If you have further questions about Short Sales or Foreclosures, or would like more information about our services and how to get started with a short sale, you may email or call us and we will be happy to assist you.
