North County Inland The beautiful San Diego North County Inland region offers a distinctly
rural atmosphere combined with modern housing and commercial facilities
throughout the area. Agricultural areas with oranges and avocado
farms abound, and the locals boast of the area’s country
charm. A large selection of housing is available – from
affordable properties to expensive custom homes on hillside acreage
with beautiful views of city lights, valleys, and the mountains. The area has excellent schools, beautiful golf courses, numerous
sports facilities, saddle clubs, shopping centers, major banks,
movie theaters, restaurants, office complexes, public libraries,
parks, a reservoir, and hiking trails. Attractions include the
exotic African and Asian animals of the 2,200-acre San Diego
Wild Animal Park, dedicated to the preservation of endangered
species.
Escondido's Heritage Row presents a century of history. Famous
orchestra leader Lawrence Welk has a resort bearing his name.
North County Inland is a wonderful place to visit, and an even
better place to live!
