Conditional Licenses
Need to Make Your Conditional License Permanent?
Watkins Realty Group offers two short, self-paced real estate courses to fulfill your conditional license requirements. The completion of these courses will provide you the two certificates necessary to turn your conditional 18-month license into a permanent 4-year Salesperson license.
The Two Course we Tutor are:
- California Real Estate Practice (DRE Mandatory)
- Real Estate Legal Aspects
We Offer BOTH Courses for a TOTAL $149 Price, which Includes:
- California Real Estate Practice Textbook
- Real Estate Legal Aspects Textbook
- Highlighted Textbook Guides of Material needed for Final Tests
- Open-Book Test for each Course
- Course Certificate for each Course
Schedule: Highlighted Textbook Guides of all test question material needed for both tests will be made available during business hours, Monday thru Friday. You will schedule a time to come to the office, pick up your textbooks and highlight the course material.
Per the DRE, 18 days must pass between beginning the course and taking the open book test. The open book test will be scheduled after the textbook highlighting has been completed.

To Order: Course Registration may be completed at the Watkins Realty Group Sweetwater office. Use the Course Registration Form to complete your information.
