The form must be filled out completely and signed
before it can be processed. Missing information will delay the
processing

your application, as will missing signatures.

Submitting Your Form
- Complete the Application to Rent. The form must be filled out completely and signed before it can be processed. Missing information or signatures will delay the processing of your application.
- Provide a copy of your driver’s license or other picture ID, along with a recent pay stub for each tenant applicant.
- Drop off your completed, signed application, along with a check for $25.00 per married couple, and $25 for each non-married tenant applicant, to one of our two office locations:
- 5703 Oberlin Drive, Ste. 212, San Diego, CA 92121, or
- 1727 Sweetwater Road, National City CA, 91950.
The check should be made out to Watkins Property Management. The $25 fee is a non-refundable processing fee, which covers the cost of the credit report(s), employment verification, etc. You may also mail the application or fax it to: 858-780-8811. You may pay the processing fee by cash, check, or credit card.
4. Once you are approved, you will be notified and we will schedule a lease-signing appointment.
All adults must sign the lease. At this time, money for the first month's rent and security deposit will be collected. A walk-thru will also be completed to confirm the condition of the property.
